AU has given our son opportunities and challenges him to be his strongest self and continues to develop him as a leader. It’s not just about adaptive activities, it’s about chats with parents and siblings who get it. It’s about traveling with parents who have extra medical supplies you left at home. Watching him roll into a gym and not being judged because his body works differently or because he is in a wheelchair is what this program is all about.
